t Functional Fury we believe that there is an athlete inside us all. No matter what age, gender or ability. We’ve created our culture to bring forth that athlete in our members. In our group classes there is a friendly atmosphere of competition and accountability, that in the end creates a common bond. That bond often extends out of the four walls of our gym. This is our right of passage for our culture. That’s why we say, it’s not a gym. It’s a culture.

Footwork and Speed

One of the reasons footwork holds importance in sports is because it has the ability to reduce your risk of injury.With a better footwork, an athlete can be in the desired position at any given time while he maintains proper form to reduce the chances of injury.

Specific Training

Since sports specific training improves speed, mobility, and power, your child's sporting performance also improves, allowing competition at all levels. By training the body to perform movements similar to a sport,  severe injuries while playing is prevented. which is vital for the health.
