Dear fury athletes,

For some season has already started for others you are almost there. No matter what still to the training, have fun and be you everything else will work itself.

With season going on I will still be doing individual training sessions that you must set appointment for. We plan on have a Saturday or Sunday stretch and recovery class. With that being said work out durning the season is different you should not be doing a lot of rep when training. If you are going to lift keep it 75-85% of max and 2-3 reps.

If anyone has idea for times for stretch and recovery class please post. Remember your recovery is super important and your body will thank you later down the road.
