Join The Fury for a wide range of functional strength training classes.  Swing and Clean your way into a healthier body with one of our kettlebell classes.  Kettlebells done with proper technique will increase muscle strength, which can later transition to more advanced movements, while also attacking the body for an amazing cardio burn.  Our strength and conditioning classes, taught by experienced, knowledgeable coaches, will always keep you on your toes.  A variety of exercises and modifications to challenge all-levels from beginner to advanced.  Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself. — you deserve it!
