Functional Fury is a sports specific training facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We specialize in implementing sports specific training to anyone's fitness journey, and have tailored programs to athletes competing in Youth Football, MMA and the athlete in all of us.

Where Fun Meets Discipline

Youth Sports Training

One of the main services of Functional Fury’s is Youth Sports Training. This training has its origins in head trainer Dwayne Davis’ career as a high school, college, and professional football player. Later Dwayne became a youth football coach where he developed his training techniques for the youth.

Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also melting fat and sculpting healthy and lean muscles.

By their nature, typical kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.
